Black Garlic Smoothie

We found a good recipe on The Original Black Garlic website!


INGREDIENTS

- 250g frozen forest fruits

- 1 thumb of ginger

- 2 cloves of Black Garlic

- 1 banana

- A handful of ice

- 50ml of oat milk

 

In a powerful blender, whizz all the ingredients until completely smooth.

 Enjoy!
